Free Artists

Video - Will Terry talking about Free Art https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ebj1CdUxD8s I like that Will Terry's videos always share a unique perspective about what many people are struggling with. He uses himself as an example to explain why this decision is better for this situation not for that situation, and why this opinion is right in this circumstance but not that one. I rarely hear him say things like "This is the way you should do it, no exception". Will worked really hard to get there, the experience he has been sharing demonstrates all kinds of unique hard situation he was facing, and the non-typical way he handled it.

The two groups averagely give respond similarly to those crimes, but the experiment group (aka the mortality salient group) averagely took 3 more mins to answer each quiz, which means they took more effort into trying to do the right thing. 2 Caitlin the mortician says ppl hv all kinds of defense mechanism against death. The obvious ones are having children, writing book, creating tv shows, leavi...

Below are my notes taken while watching the video- Things we learn are either facts or concepts. Facts - can be looked up from time to time if it doesn't stay in your head for a long enough time. How to remember a concept - Make it meaningful for you (is the most struggling part of learning). A meaningful piece is a piece relate to something you already know, like a file system, you already got it established and neatly organized, you just add an entry to it. ex, in order to remember these letters that look random, you put them into the order of an actual word, then you can remember it. If the new "concept" is so brand new and you don't know how to fit into your file system, you ...
